Garage Gas 3.0 - A Patreon Project
Introducing something truly special—Garage Gas 3.0, a naturally occurring masterpiece that has thrived without a single watering, input, or pest management intervention across two full growing cycles. The journey began with Garage Gas 1.0, an unexpected offspring from what I initially thought were non-viable seeds from past projects, planted nearly five years ago. I can’t say for sure which lineage Garage Gas 1.0 came from—it might be B.R.R-Ger F1 [Bransons Royal Revenge x Durr Burger (GMO BC2)] or Silver Back Snacks F1 (Platinum Gorilla F1 x Wedding Cake BC1-F1), but these are just theories. What I do know is that it emerged from gravel, survived the entire season naturally, and produced outstanding results with zero pest issues.
Intrigued by its resilience, I wanted to test its hybrid vigor. I crossed it with pollen from a Grape Stomper OG BC1 male, known for passing down sweet, grape-like eucalyptus gas. I figured the combination of Garage Gas 1.0's durability and sweet funk with the male’s traits could create something extraordinary—and it did.
The following season brought a twist: during a harsh winter 2-3 years ago, some ripe beans from the pollinated Garage Gas 1.0 naturally dropped, and two new plants sprouted. Unfortunately, one didn’t survive due to chickens, but the other thrived all season. This became Garage Gas 2.0, a stunning offspring of (Garage Gas 1.0 x Grape Stomper OG BC1), maintaining the same hardy traits as its mother—zero waterings, inputs, or pest management needed.
But the story doesn’t end there. In an area where I had discarded non-viable Grape Maraschino crosses and fed chickens, two more plants appeared alongside Garage Gas 2.0. A male I’ve dubbed "Garden Guardian" and a female grew together naturally. The female had an incredible sweet melon and black pepper terpene profile, and I named the offspring from this natural pairing "Garden Goodness."
Garage Gas 3.0 represents two lines of natural selection, free from human interference. I simply observed and let nature decide the best course. It’s been a beautiful and humbling experience over the past four years, and now I’m excited to share it with you. Except for shipping (sorry about that!), this is as natural and authentic an experience as it gets. I hope you enjoy these seeds as much as I’ve enjoyed being part of this journey.
Much love and many blessings,
