All Breeders Must Agree To This: 

Agreement Between LivingSoilSeeds.com and Breeder

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between LivingSoilSeeds.com ("Company") and [Breeder's Full Legal Name], herein referred to as "Breeder."

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Company operates a platform for the sale of seeds, specifically advocating for the Living Soil method of cultivation;

WHEREAS, the Breeder is engaged in the breeding and cultivation of seeds and desires to offer such seeds for sale through the Company's platform;

WHEREAS, both parties wish to enter into an agreement setting forth the terms and conditions under which the Breeder's seeds will be offered for sale on the Company's platform.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

  1. Living Soil Cultivation: The Breeder agrees that all parent plants from which seeds are derived shall be grown exclusively using the Living Soil method of cultivation. The Living Soil method precludes the use of synthetic nutrients or any cultivation practices that deviate from the Living Soil standards as defined by the Company.

  2. No Synthetic Nutrients: The Breeder warrants that no synthetic nutrients have been used in the cultivation of the parent plants and, consequently, the seeds offered for sale.

  3. Accurate Representation: The Breeder agrees to accurately represent the seeds. This includes providing transparent information about the seeds, particularly if they are untested or are a new crossbreed. The pricing of such seeds shall reflect their nature and testing status.

  4. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove the Breeder's seeds from its platform at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Company's owners.

  5. Commitment to Integrity: The Breeder understands and agrees that the spirit of this agreement is to ensure the integrity and purity of the Living Soil cultivation method. Any misrepresentation or deviation from these agreed-upon standards will result in immediate removal from the Company's platform and may lead to public disclosure of the breach.

  6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

  7. Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement between the Company and the Breeder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the last date signed below.
